The final step in your personal pamper session is settling into your bed (replete with fresh sheets) and get stuck into the latest book you have sitting on your bedside table. If reading is not your thing, then pop on a video and settle back to chill out with it.
Of course your interpretation of the perfect girly night in might be a little different, but the principle remains the same. Doing something simple like this for yourself every now and again is a wonderful way to indulge yourself without you having to fork out big sums of cash. If you cannot get out for a trip to the day spa all that often, then this is th next best thing.
